432 St Kilda Road, Melbourne

St. Kilda Road is Melbourne’s most buzzing commercial precinct. The prominence of any building on this boulevard demands a structure that commands attention and an internal fitout that can fully service a modern company’s needs. The former ANL building was refurbished and now consists of 13 spacious levels of accommodation, retail outlets on the street level, and a two level basement car park. The glowing exterior is made up of bronze, aluminium and glass, which allow great amounts of natural light to flood into the building from all sides. This project was one of the first commercial internal refurbishments done in Melbourne by the Riverside Group. The building was later sold to a superannuation fund.
