Blending in with the surrounding environment is an important factor for any Riverside Group project. The refurbishment of 551 Blackburn Road, designed by Cox Sanderson Ness Architects, includes office space and a potential warehouse addition. Centrally located and set amongst a well-landscaped environment, the refurbishment included the use of Alucabond composite wall cladding in the construction.

Blackburn Road is an excellent example of the re-modernisation of an existing building and now boasts two major long-term tennants, Mayne Pharmaceutical and Knight Frank.
