Since its entry into the market Riverside has managed and developed a number of major commercial developments. Projects completed include 461 and 600 Bourke St. Utilisation of space and good functional design are key skills that have been used by the group to achieve good development outcomes to specific building requirements. Critical path management and an ability to meet deadlines are skills that have been honed by the Riverside group as key strengths of their management group.

The largest project under development currently is 370 Docklands Drive, Melbourne Dockland. This 7300 square metre development is due for completion in March 2008. The Cox group have been retained to create a building with excellent levels of natural light as well as utilizing the spectacular water and city views that are an integral part of the site's natural assets.
