The recent announcement that Austcorp with join with the Riverside Group to build a $44 million office development at Docklands has been well received by the Melbourne property market. The new 7200 sq m of office space over four levels will be designed by leading Melbourne architects 'The Cox Group'. There will be two levels of above ground parking with provision for 142 bays. Retail and childcare facilities are planned for the ground floor. A café is proposed and showroom/offices will have direct access to a landscaped area. It is anticipated that the building will be completed in April 2008.
