A joint-venture between the Riverside Group and Galpac Pty Ltd, Geelong-based Galpac (Australia) Pty Ltd is one of only five Fondant manufacturers in Australia supplying product to both the Bakery and Confectionery Industries.

The technical capacities of this operation have also seen the business grow in Whey Powder Blending and specialised formulations for the Health and Sports Food markets. Recent plant developments resulted in the manufacture of many food supplements including shark cartilage and its derivatives, dried vegetable powders, specialised placenta powders, and specialised nutritional oils.

Galpac (Australia) now has licencing under VDIA, AQIS, and NASAA authorities and is seeking TGA recognition.
