Gateway, 1 William Street, Melbourne

Located in the heart of Melbourne's central business district, the former SEC building was redeveloped into the luxurious Gateway suites comprising 115 apartments over 20 levels, five levels of car parking and the refurbished Williams bar and cafe. Designed by multi award winning architects Peddle Thorp, the shell is all that remains from the circa 1960 Custom House building.
